What are your shipping times?
We offer free worldwide shipping + tracking information on all orders.
For delivery in Australia you can expect to receive your order in 2-7 business daysand for international shipping is approximately 12-22 business days.
For orders within Australia you can also select Express Shipping (1-3 business days) for an addtional $10 AUD at checkout.
Your tracking number will be emailed after your order has been processed.
If you are unable to locate your tracking details we recommend checking your spam folder.

Where are you located?
We are an Australian owned and operated company.
All domestic orders are shipped from our warehouses in Australia.
International orders are shipped from either our warehouses in Australia or from our warehouses overseas.
Shipping of Pre Orders?
For all pre orders, please note that the 'dispatch by ...' date is a guide and the items are often shipped before this date and is subject to change.
Please note after placing an item on Pre-order your order will not be shipped out until the pre-order item(s) arrives in stock.
If you have purchased multiple items they will be shipped out once all items are in stock.
Where is my order?
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive your tracking details via email.
If you are unable to locate your tracking details we recommend checking your spam folder as sometimes they can land there.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Please carefully check your billing and shipping information before you place your order as our dispatch team processes orders quickly and is unable to make changes to orders once they are shipped.
We are also not able to cancel any orders After they are placed.
