Can I change or cancel my order?
Please carefully check your billing and shipping information before you place your order as our dispatch team processes orders quickly and is unable to make changes to orders once they are shipped.
We are also not able to cancel any orders After they are placed.
What if it is faulty?
If you believe you have received a faulty item please contact us immediately via our Contact Us page.
We please ask that you include any photos and/or videos clearly highlighting the issue.
Of course it goes without saying that we will arrange a speedy replacement for you.
