How does it work?
Our Facial Device works to restore glow and firmness to the face and neck areas when used with any serum, oil or cream.
The device combines proven technologies with traditional massage and features 3 specialized modes designed to target your different skin priorities.
1. Lifting Mode: High-Frequency vibrations are used to promote lymphatic drainage, increase blood circulation and improve elasticity to firm the skin and contour the face and neck.
2. Nutrition Mode: Micro current and 45C heat therapy are used to promote blood circulation, accelerate skin metabolism, and enhance nutrient absorption from your skin care products to work better for your skin!
3. Warm & Relieve Mode: A soothing low frequency vibration is used with 45C heat therapy to promote collagen production and increase the skins elasticity to tighten the skin and reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. It also aids in soothing sensitive skin.
Is it safe?
Yes! Our Facial Device has been designed to be suitable for at home use, so it is safe to use at home.
However if you have any medical skin conditions we recommend speaking to your dermatologist before use.
Is there any downtime?
Nope! After each treatment you can expect to experience some warmth and mild redness however you will be free to resume your normal day to day activities.
If you are planning to spend time in the sun we recommend the use of SPF after each use.
Does it work for all skin types?
Absolutely! Our Facial Lifting Device is suitable to treat all skin types whether your skin be oily, dry, combination or normal.

Who is NOT suitable to use the device?
The Facial Device is suitable for most people and their skin types however we recommend that some groups of people avoid its use.
Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
People on steroid based medication.
We do not recommend using our device if your skin is still recovering from a cosmetic procedure, such as chemical peels, laser resurfacing, fractional laser treatment, mesotherapy or cosmetic injectables performed in the past two weeks.
If you have a skin condition or any medical concerns please consult with your dermatologist before use.
Will it effect my Botox and Filler?
Absolutely not! Our Facial Lifting Device is a great tool to use in between or instead of your Cosmetic Injectable treatments!
Our device works to stimulate collagen and elastin production within the skin to help with the reduction of fines lines and wrinkles.With this said we recommend avoiding its use for at least two weeks after you receive your injectables treatment to ensure you have recovered.
Can I still have professional treatments?
Absolutely! Our Facial Device is a great tool to use in between or instead of your professional treatments! It works wonders in maintaining results from professional treatments. With this said we recommend avoiding its use directly after the professional treatment to ensure your skin has fully recovered. The exact time frame will depend on which treatment you have had, and we recommend asking your professional for their aftercare advice on this matter.
How does it differ from professional treatments?
Our device uses proven technologies that are commonly used during professional treatments.
Typically the machines found in skin clinics are much larger and stronger than at-home devices, however that doesn't mean you wont still see the benefits.
Our device has been designed to be used more frequently at home or wherever you are!Rather than attending fortnightly or monthly treatments in a clinic on a stronger machine, you can use the device 2-3 times a week at home for similar results, saving you money on expensive appointments.
With this said our device is a great tool to maintain and even boost results between appointments, and has been recommended by aestheticians.
How do I use it?
Step 1. Cleanse and dry your face.
Step 2. Apply your favorite serum, oil or cream to prep your skin for the device.
Step 3. Turn on the device by pressing the power button and select your mode.
Step 4. Touch the device to your skin and slowly glide the device in an upward & outward motion as directed in our sequence diagram. Be sure to cover your neck, jaw, cheeks, under eyes & forehead.
We recommend using for 2-3 times a week for best results!

What products can I use with it?
Can I share my device with another person?
No. We do not recommend sharing your device with another person due to hygiene reasons.
How do I clean it?
Cleaning the device is advised after each use. You can use an alcohol wipe, or any antibacterial product to clean down the device after treatment. Ensure your device is powered off and not plugged in before doing so. You should then store the device in a cool, dry place after use (once the device is completely dry).
What does it feel like?
You will LOVE the feeling of the Facial device. You can expect to experience a warming and slight tingly sensation that feels just like a massage.
It won't turn on, is it broken?

Low Battery
Ensure the device is fully charged prior to use. It can be recharged with the charging cable provided.
Usage Instructions
Once you have fully charged your device, ensure it is unplugged before turning on.
To turn on hold down the centre white button for up to 10 seconds until it switches on, then press again to select the mode you wish to use.
On your device you should notice a metal sensor bar surrounding the centre white button.Once you have selected the mode you wish to use at least one of your fingers must remain in contact with this metal sensor bar while you are also touching the device to your skin.Once you remove touch from the sensor bar it will stop the vibrating/functioning until you touch it again.
I cant feel anything on Nutrition mode, is that normal?
Yes!
While using Nutrition mode there should be no sound or feelings of vibration as it does not use the Ultrasonic Vibrations like the other modes. Nutrition mode utilises very low strength Micro-current to assist with importing skincare products deeper within the skin. It also uses 45 degree heating and this can only be felt on one side of the device (opposite logo side) and predominantly more on the lower/mid section.
